Craig Meldrum was born and raised in Peterborough, Ontario. He began his post-secondary education at the University of Guelph, studying Engineering Systems and Computing, before deciding to pursue a hands-on career in the skilled trades.

Craig went on to attend Fanshawe College, where he graduated from both the Horticulture Technician program and the Carpentry Construction Techniques course, finishing at the top of his class in carpentry.

With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry spanning both landscaping and carpentry, Craig launched Meldrum Contracting in 2020. Since then, the company has been built on quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a commitment to bringing clients’ visions to life.

When he’s not on a job site, Craig enjoys spending time with his family, going backcountry camping in the Canadian wilderness, and getting out on the ice to play hockey.
